What We do!

Owner & CEO, is a Licensed CAM, who runs the day-to-day operations of the company. He has an education from Boston University and New York Law School. Troy has fourteen years of experience in personally managing over 1750 homes, which includes The Lakes and North Lakes which have over 500 units each. Both communities have been successfully managed by Troy for twelve plus years. 

Florida State University graduate where he received his accounting degree. Matt is our in-house TPMG bookkeeper. He has been working for TPMG for 9 years. 

Matthew is also well versed in website management. 

He oversees our Business Expansion, Account Satisfaction, Retention and Property Manager (CAM) Support and has been with TPMG for 4 years:

He has 40+ years in Management and small business ownership. Retired from a full career as an Investigative Police Sergeant with Miami Dade Police Department.

Has been with Troy since 2008. Tina has been Troy’s personal assistant and TPMG Executive for 14 years. She supervises all estoppels and rental screenings. She assists during new account transitions and supervises transition protocols weekly. 

Attended FSU & FAU graduated with a B.S. in Business Admission/Marketing. She is a Broward County resident- born and raised in South Florida. Sasha has worked for TPMG for the past 5 years. She is a licensed CAM and has vast background experience as an Administrative Assistant. Sasha supervises and oversees TPMG staff with tenant and buyer applications/screenings for residency and other office duties. 

Excels in Microsoft Office, TOPS, and Salesforce.

Graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from FAU. She has been a resident of Weston for the past 19 years. Fara has worked at TPMG for the past 7 years. She assists with the administration and management of the associations (HOA’s & Condo’s) She is responsible for answering the phones and attending to all the people entering the office seeking assistance. Fara also assists with tenant and buyer applications/screenings for residency. She works with Violations coordinators - on site inspections and sends residents letters through TOPS software. Fara ensures that all e-mails are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner. She Excels at Microsoft Office and TOPS. 

Susan has over 15 years’ experience in commercial property management and 4 years’ experience with TPMG Property Group. She has excellent communication and organizational skills. Susan takes pride in addressing homeowners, tenants, board member issues and concerns in a timely manner. She excels at vendor and Facilities service management. 

Susan is excellent with the following:

On-site inspections and is skilled with TOPS software, pertaining to violations and making sure the communities are well maintained. She produces Lease Updating Spreadsheets. 

Scheduling maintenance and repairs. Support in negotiating contracts with vendors, regular inspections of properties to ensure it is in good working order. She quickly helps to resolve emergency maintenance issues.

10 years of experience in Property Management Profession. She has managed condominium associations in Miami Dade and Broward County as well as single unit investment properties in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County including the turnover -rehabilitation projects for distressed properties in the three counties. She was a former teacher for 15 years. She is bilingual and is also real estate licensed. She has excellent communications skills, great people skills and likes to work very closely with Board Members and is a problem solver. Her skills include vendor contract negotiations, violation compliance, maintenance scheduling and coordination, onsite inspections and the day to day follow up operations of a community.

  Claudia Andreea Calina de El Fakih is our new office administrator.She joined the academic world in 2017 while living in Saudi Arabia where she worked as Teacher Assistant (French & Spanish) at the British International School of Riyadh and in 2019 at the International School of London, Qatar as Assistant Librarian and Teacher Assistant until 2023.

A graduate from HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Valais – Switzerland with a BA in Tourism, Claudia also holds a Vocational Diploma in Accounting from ACCESS, Montreal -Canada.

Together with her family, she lived in ten different countries (Venezuela, Antigua & Barbuda, Canada, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Qatar etc.)and traveled the world extensively enjoying the diversity of cultural exchanges and global values. She is an avid tennis player/follower and soccer fan, who also enjoys reading, traveling and cooking.
